Emily grew up in Dorset. She graduated from UWE Bristol in 2010 with a degree in Animation and stepped away from drawing. Later she picked up a pencil again and in 2025 she finished her Masters in Illustration at Falmouth University.
When she was little, she wanted to be a private eye, a pearl diver, or a guinea pig farmer. She loved to jump, swim, dance, make, draw and write. This has stayed with her, and she still wants to create stories of adventure in the everyday. And one day be called on a journey to save the world.
